I've spent 25 years walking into businesses — Fortune 500 companies, scrappy startups, a Texas BBQ restaurant that won on Food Network, a hardwood flooring company, resort hotels, high-volume DC restaurants — and doing one thing consistently:
Seeing what the people inside can no longer see. And building the system that gets them unstuck.
I've led enterprise strategy at Cisco, IBM, and Zscaler. I've launched products from inception to market. I've built go-to-market systems from zero. And I've run businesses where the margin for error was razor thin and the stakes were real.
I'm also a certified professional coach — trained in Conversational Intelligence, Organizational Relationship Systems Coaching, and the Gottman Institute's approach to human connection.
